My interview to two companies

I've been free for 3 days, but I don't think anybody would like this status/situation, I'm free means I lost my job and has noting to afford my daily life (RMB540 per month, bus fee, three meals cost every day). Although I've prepared to be a free man a long time, but the daily cost is really a big expense for me in this city. Fortunely, I passed the first interview when I came to Ningbo the second day, I think i'm lucy and told tina I would not attend other interviews(there would be another 4 interviews), Tina said I'm easy to be content and the treatment is not very good for me,who has 3 years working experance, and more, the products of bathroom accessories are not easy to do, her remark reminded me of my original thought before I quiting my previous job, I always don't want to enter two fields: textile and bathroom products, yes, there're too many factories in china doing this business, it's so different to get a percentage from these two market. But after my communication with the HR and another sales, I think this company would be my choice, the work in this company is flexible and I can do what I want to develop my business, although there're no platform yet e.g. Alibaba and has no plan to attend any fair, but I can see the potential in near future, what I need is chance and time, and I hate to take the bus every day, it affects my mood so much and wasting my time and energy too. I must put most of my time and energy to my work instead of waiting and taking bus.

But I'm not very sure whether the company is good enough as I thought, I'll see.

The second intervies is so disappointed, the office is in a new building, as soon as I entered into the office and saw the boss, I told myself he is a upstart, espically the gold necklace and fat body on the seat. He asked another girl to interview me and this girl knows nothing about international trade and regarding testing my english, she don't know how to interview my english, just let me introduce something happening in Canton fair. I finished this interview quickly and told me I can go to the Elin company without much regret.

I got flu,but not H1N1

I got flu 3 days ago because of catching cold when I worked in workshop for around 2 days, I didn't pay more attention to it although too many people are in the horror of H1N1, I'm absolutely not N1N1 patent, all of my sysptoms are not in accordence with N1N1, so I'm not afraid, and more, I'm not affected by someone else but the weather.

When I had lunch this moon with other three person in the same table: Manager Chen, Wang gengfu, Pan xiulian. I told them i'm a little uncomfortable with my nose, I got a little flu, I found sunddenly suspicious look from Wang and Pan, as I'm a H1N1 infected person, they two asked me whether I went to outside before, and Pan is more rediculous, she said one person had died because of H1N1in Ninghai County, such a rummor! I don't want to sit there any more minute, I had to choose one dish they didn't eat to my bowl, as I expected, these two jerks never touched the dish any more after I touched it. But manager Chen ate something from the dish I touched just now, I felt better for his beheavor.

After having a little lunch, I borrowed a piece of ginger from our chef/cook Zhu and went back to my dorm, I boiled it and drank for cups until i'm too full to drink anymore.

I hope I'll be OK this afternoon, I don't want Tina to be infected by me.

I'm moved by some gifts

Today I feel better about leaving this company, I arranged my personal goods this noon,in this afternoon, I accompanied with the inspector to inspect Mary's order, the inspection process goes successfully, I'm happy to see everybody around me are happy, I dreamed of the day when I leave this company, everyone is happy and my company's business is very good, now I think I got it.

Minutes ago, Mary gave me a gift(egg steamed machine) and thanks for my help to her, I'm moved at that moment, the same feeling when some months ago, when I helped her arranging the showroom and she gave me a climbing backpack. I'm so easily to be moved by even a little act or beheave or small gift, these little give is much less than what I put in, but I just think it worth my work, I think what everybody need is not just material goods but physhic reward

I'm an extra now

After submitting my resignation yesterday and quited my job successfully, I'm an extra now, it's my feeling at least.From this morning till now, nobody asked me to do anything, everyone know I'll leave right now, i'm a little unaccustomed, this feeling is so bad, I even feel I'm deserted by my company. I want to leave here asap, considering the hand over is very simple, I plan to leave early next week, so disscussed with Alex and hope he can help me deal with my left thing, after having a long chat with Alex, I'm so shocked by him and his beheavors,he is working with a factory located in Ningbo city Beilun district, who made carbon tubes, Alex contacted with them when he looked for carbon suppliers, and he was inspired by somebody and decided to take commission from this factory and worked as the sales of this company, now he've introduced a client to place a trial order to this factory, and he need to go to this factory this afternoon with client to inspect the goods, it's really unbelievable for me, I always thought he is a strict man and do everything over-rigidly, but now I know I'm absolutely wrong. And more, he has plan to Dalian at the end of this month, to do something for his old brother, he and susan would got RMB10000.00 if thing goes succesfully, if not, they would travel in Dalian as a business trip. I'm one year older than him, but I still have some gap with him, I have to work harder.

Sanmin is a beautiful memory

Yesterday afternoon, I drafted my resignation and prepared to submit it to Mary before off duty, but considering she was too busy at that time, I gave up and planed to re-submit at a proper time next day. I didn't tell my real reason to quit my job, I wrote that I have to go home because of personal reason: my parents are both old and in poor health, I'm 27 years old already and had to make a long-term progrem for my future life, hope to leave SANMIN within this month.

I suddenly had a sad feeling after printing my resignation and got it in my hand, I thought i should be happy at this time, but now I'm a little sad,  yes, I've worked for this company 3 years, I spent my precious time in this company, I grew up from a graduate knowing nothing to a qualified salesman, from a young boy to a man, from a introverted student to a sociable person, from a single to a unsingle. I learned much in both knowledge and how to be, it's really a big wealth in my future life and work. Although there're many unhappy things during my 3 years, but at the time I would leave it, i just forgot all the unhappy thing, it's such a beautiful place to live, I knew many friends in this company and keep good relationship with all of them.

It's a happy time for the 3 years I lived and worked in SANMIN, I appreciate it give me a beautiful memory in my future life.

End of freedom

Today is the end of our freedom time, Mary would come back very soon this afternoon,but it's not a bad news for me and Xiaohu, she and I had expected the date when Mary would leave to Guangzhou city for about 1 week, we thought we would own absolute freedom during these days,but it turned to be the opposite, just as Xiaohu described in her QQ signuture line "we got more pressure and work after her leaving to Guangzhou".

In the first day after she left, I got nearly 20 calls from her, she didn't take laptop because of unconvenience, but as the director of our company, she actually owns many titles such as purchaser,sales,account,manager, she has so many things need to do everyday through telephone and internet, and more her order is in production these days, she worried so much about her order, what she can do is operate me to deal every thing through telephon, including: modify the chemical report and confirm it with customer, confirm color board with customer,pack and send sample to customers,and more, I need to check her inbox all the time and reply according what her meaning,I'm busy on refreshing the web of her inbox and do other things according what she said in the telephone, I'm really much more busier than when she's in company, Xiaohu is in the same situation with me, she is not allowed to make any mistake,because the recent orders are all L/C payment, it's very easy to be rufused if any error exists in the documents.

The most important thing to me is how to quit my job successfully next week.

Our family is such a mess!

The family I'm refering is the big family including all the children under my grandmother, my five uncles and three aunts. There's a chinese saying "more people,more power", my family is really a big family,owing many numbers, but what we get from this family is just the oppisite. Now,as the eldest brother, I understand why my father is slower and slower in both speech and thinking, he has to undertake too much pressure from this family, even though his brothers and sisters were all married and established their own family, having their children allready, but they still can't be independent, they are always helpless in front of many unexpected issues/events, my father still has to devote his little salary and energy to this family, my father is so pitful!

There's very few number in this big family can manage their family well, last week I knew my mother that my oldest aunt was somewhat deaf and can't hear well, I can image my father's response, my oldest aunt married very well many years ago, his husband was born in a rich family,her father-in-law is prestigous in their village, many people admire her very much at that time. But some years later, her father-in-law died suddenly, the family lost the backbone and have to live by themselves, later we all knew that his hunband is such uncapable, can't do anything well, at last, they have to move back to their old house and left their present house for charging for rent. They had hard life and need to get some help from this big family, from both money and material.

The other thing is what happened on my aunt Hong, her family is thought as the happiest family in this big family, her husband is very hardworking and treat her very well, this early year he lost his job, but to get more money to afford this family, he chosed to go to another province working, after some month, he got nothing but another woman in the remote place, my aunt was so heart borken and insisted to divorce, it's such a big hit to her and our big family. My aunts and uncles lost their father many many years ago and my father played the role of father all the time, they would pore out all these things to my father, but my father is 53 years old and worked very hard every day, he has no save actually, he has to spend what he got to this big family numbers. He has to worry about his sisters and brothers all the time.

This August, my cousin wounded by somebody in our county, he borrowed money from loan shark, but can't pay back, and got punished by these persons, I called my father what we did, my father told me he went to hospital and left 100RMB to my cousin, he just has this small ability, I'm so sad when hearing it, yes, my old father has nothing left after many years of struggling.

Now my grandmother's health is not good, she always aches here or there, she lives with my mother, my mother has to work in field in daytime and take care of her after coming back from field. As soon as my grandmother is sent to hospital, my father has to take some money to her, even he has no money, he has to borrow money from other where, because he is the eldest son and oldest brother, he is doing as a model.

I don't like this big family, I'll take my mother and father out living with me someday in the future.

Family trifle

I didn't sleep this moon, experianced Brother xing's trouble of family trifle. He is down these days, espically when he came back from her mother-in-law, last week he told me that her mother-in-law borrowed RMB100 from him, I look down upon her so much now as soon as i heard that, it's so rediculous! How could she asked for some money from her son-in-law when she've worked outside for many years, and more, her daugher just married to Brother xing last month, what a woman she is? Yesterday afternoon, her mother-in-law called him to where she lives and told him that her daugher is not treated well in xing's family, she does't have nice food and has to eat the same vegetable every day without meat or chicken, xing was very angry and they had a quarrel yesterday. Xing called Lili this moon and blamed her for telling her mother these trifle, i agreed with xing that it's not good for family harmony, although she just complained something like before she did in front of her mother, but it's so different after marriage, her mother would think that xing's family treated bad to her daughter and even worse than what her daughter told her, it would really hurt the emotion of two family,it's just a trifle happened in family, but it's usually a cause of big conflict.

Xing and her wife have overcome the big difficulty before marriage, but I think the future life is the real challenge for them.

Telephone revolution

Nowdays,it's very common to use mobile phone everywhere, at anytime, the mobile phone has come through 1st generation and 2nd generation, the 3rd generation(3G)is coming, the advertisement of 3G phone appeared on all the medias, it's another revolution.

But it's so hard to think about that 10 years ago, there's not a telephone in my family, and I'm shamed for that when we made contact list in my high school. I remember that afternoon when I came home and knew our family fixed the telephone, I ran into our house and saw a telephone lay on our desk at the notable place, at that moment, I thought there's no difference between our village and big city. Regarding the mobile phone, it's such a luxury goods for most people at that time,everybody would look in envy if you owned a mobile phone(called brick or big brother). Now we're experiancing the same period of popularizing computer,it's a big expense for me now.

P.S. We'd like to buy a MP5 next week for tina and Qianjie, they are both very boring after work, espically qianjie, her work is easier than Qianjie and have less responsibility in her work than tina, she has too much spare time after work, and Tina has no friend to talk with every day, they both need something to do to spend the time. I'm so worried about Tina's status, she is always in the state of anxiety/fear, even in dream, the other night when we were together, she told me she can't sleep even very late, there're many things un-resolved in her brain, I'm so heard aching for tina, I hope she can quit her job successfully and fastly.

This morning I checked my point reward on China mobile online business hall, there're 2498 points in my account, I heard from my director that she've exchanged many staffs with the score, my score is not a small figure, so I clicked the exchange button and enter the exchange market, there're so many gifts for your choose, I tended to USB flash drive more than other things, the exchange point of USD flash driver ranges from 1400 to 3000, the storage volume ranges from 2G to 4G, I'd like to buy a 4G staff from my score, the next step is to choose the shape and brand, because of the technology been very matured, so there's no need to choose a big brand,then the shape and material are selling points, I lock my target on a steel material USB driver and a porcelain-like material USB driver, I compare these two Drivers and it turns out that the steel one is strong,durable and easy to take out, the porcelain one is good looking and big brand. It's difficult to choose from them, I've not made up my mind.

There's a third choice, I can exchange telephone charge with these score, I can get around RMB80 with these score, it's a nice choice too. Let's think about it and make decision next week.
