My girl friend Tina found a job yesterday after one month's applying and interviewing (from one province to another province). it's a good news to us, but we're both worried about this new company, she has to sign a 2-year contract with the employer. Under the contract, she has many jobs to do, she would work as documents firstly, then merchandiser, then assistant and sales at last. From the point of my view, it's a good career planning, but there're some not-good clauses in the contract:
1:Tina has to work in workshop 3 hours everyday to know products and production flow in the first 3 months. She would work in office in daytime, and go to workshop at night, it's really a hard work for a girl.
2:Tina can get 1000RMB monthly-salary for the first 3 months, without food provided. (P.S. she can get 1200RMB with accommodation in her first job.)
3:The facility in the office and dorm are so simple, there's even no air control and fan in office on such a hot day, not even to mention the dorm, in which 4 person live.
The reason why she choose this job is she think she can learn much from this company, she told me she can endure hardwork as long as she can learn something useful in her future career, I support her.
2 years means too much to a girl, she decide to spend her two years in this company, good luch to her.
