Our company is going through a hard time this year, not just because of the financial crisis over word, but also our boss's wrong decision on investment to Building goods-Aluminum radiator. Now we have few order from aluminum radiator, and more, there's much occupation of capital and many expenses to this field, e.g. there's too many stock of Aluminum radiator, we bought the material at a high price last year, and the material went down again and again, we're losing more and more as the time goes by, and there's much cost to maintain the stock. The salary of workers who make radiator is much higher than workers in our previous business (outdoor products).
I remember clearly when I entered this company in December 2006, the payday is on 10th of the second month, but now, the payoff day is delayed to the third month, no mention to our commission.
So great people can't make mistake, or there's no small mistake on great people.
