how do you treat your harding working staff?

In the movie "NO THIEF", the protagonist Geyou said a famous line "what's the most previous thing in 21st centrary? Talent!" It's just to entertain people in this movie, but it's true, everybody knows it, except our boss and Tina's boss and maybe many many entrepreneurs around us.

Tina is having hard time in her company after worked one month, tomorrow is the payday of her company, she just earned RMB 178 after 5 days hardworking, including 3 hours overtime working in the workshop every night in those 6 days. What's more unfare, her boss would give everyone RMB 50 as travelling subsidy in the coming Mid-autumn Festival, but there's no her name on the list! I'm so angry for this behavior, what a boss he is?! He even didn't know how to coax his staff, a hardworking staff.

Yesterday afternoon, her boss Mr.Liang even talk with Tina through QQ, critized her that she is not studious enough and should go to workshop as soon as she is free, he is not satisfied with her! My god, i think he is blind totally! Everyone in the office knows Tina works very hard, she did many persons' work, she even need to pack the sample! Her boss just know to give commands again and again, he does't allow Tina have a little rest! I pity her so much! I just can't find the reason why the boss treat her so bad?

Actually, i have the same situation with Tina, i found at last that these two boss own the same background: sales before take charge of a company! They may have the ability to communicate with customers and get order from them, but they are not qualified to lead a company. I even suspect whether they're good sales under my situation, they achieved their gold since many years ago, when it's very easy to do international trade, when there were much demand for China made products, but now, times is going tougher and tougher, they still think they can get order easily and lead a company, it's a beautiful lie to them.

Hangzhou schedule

Our national holiday is coming from Oct.1st to Oct.8th, this year is the 60th birthday of china, to celebrate this aniversary, there would be big Military Review in Beijing, so many people prefer to spend their holiday in Beijing.

I'm planing to go to Hangzhou on 10.1 and 10.2, Tina, her yong brother and Qianjie would be go together. Considering Hangzhou is so big, with too many interesting places, we have to choose some typical places and leave others in future visit. There're so many suggestions for two days visit in Hangzhou on internet, i checked many coments and choosed a schedule at last:

10.1, we would arrive at Hangzhou in the afternoon and have lunch firstly, then take bus to Bai Causeway, we would walk along with Bai Causeway and go through Broken Bridge, then take a boat from Brocade Ribbon Bridge to three islands in the middle of the West lake, we can view the famous place "three pools mirroring moon". Then we go back to Bai Causeway and go to Hefang street to shop some souvenirs in this ancient street. Then we would go back to Wulin Square and have supper, then go to hotel to sleep.

10.2, we would go to Su Causeway and walk along it, there's saying goes "you can go to the end with your parnter if you can go to the end of Su Causeway", beautiful legend, isn't it? Then go to the sea world/underwater world, it's our schedule of October 2nd, then take the train to Ningbo and would be in Ning hai in the evening.

team vs group

I dream of working in a team, where everyboday is active and optimistic to do everyting, I don't expect we all have the same gole, but at least we can find our value on our position.

I've worked for a company nearly 3 years, I really learned much in this company, i've turned to be a mature and sedate man from a shy graduate, i've become a qualified salesman from a young boy without any experience in this field. I like this line but i'm so tired of my current job and my current company. I'm not an ungrateful/thankless man, that's why i didn't leave this company till now, i always appreciate this company give me chance to enter this line, without this company i'm sure where am i now? Maybe better situation than now, maybe worse. But after all, this company helped me in my tough time.

Yu Shiwei's lecture "team vs group" left me a great impression for my future life and work, i works in a privite enterprise all the time, i have no idea what is a real regular company? Now i realise something I need: better treatment on farewell and salary, bigger develop space in my job. The better farewell can ensure me steady in both mind and material life, the better workspace can ensure me active and initiative in my work, this factor is more important than farewell to me, because i always trust the philosophy "money is just the attachment of ability".

Regarding the team, i think it's really difficult to meet in near future.Yu told me the main symbol of a team is the staffs possess 3 characters in one company: initiative,thinking,collaborative. I eager for the first two factors in my future career.

my idea on the corruption root

Today i'm thinking about the corruption in politics, this problem exists in all the countries and much servere in China. All the goverments tried many methods to deal with corruption, but there's no efficient method till now. The reason why more and more officials' corruption to be revealed is mainly based on two theories: the corrupt officials are greedy and should be punished severely; the treatment to officials is not high enough, to cure the corruption by improve salary and other welfares.

According the the first theory,the corrupt officials would be restricted and punished  by the law, and the relevant law to corruption should be formated and completed step by step. But this method seems doesn't work, even back to history. In chinese history, the emperor adopted many kinds of  curte penalty to punish these corrupt officals, including handle cut, slow slicing, peel off the skin and so on, but there were still officals risked to break the law. The same method doesn't work to nowaday officials, under a much slighter punishment.

According to the second theory, the goverment improve the officals' fareware again and again, even to the agree that most of the graduate fight to go into the goverment bureau for a better and stable future. And now, the competition of official exam is much tougher than college entrance exam. But these officals are always not comtented, this method even results in more officals to accept bribes to meet their improved life, which is meant to improve their treatment to stop their corruption.

In my option, this phenomena comes from human nature, human is ambivalent and we want peace and security in life, but sometimes we seek for excitement in life. For our tax payer, we can find excitement in our unstable work, but for the officials, they're not allowed to do anything else except their duty, if they are eager for excitement from work or life, corruption comes!

handwriting

This evening our director made the machine card, and asked me to record the machine information in injection workshop. I can't find the machine card, at this time the supervisor came and told me the card place, i wrote the information beside him, suddenly I felt a little uncomfortable to write something in front of him, i was embarrassed that i wrote very ugly words, it's ture, you can't tell my degree of education and age according the characters I wrote, they looks like being wroten by a primary student.Now i'm so regretful i didn't practice the writing when i was very young.

In my childhood, my father always emphasized the importance of writing , he even spented a lot of money to buy copybook for us under the situation when our family was very very poor, my father is always pleased to invest for our knowage and study, but i'm not persistent at that time and my sister as well, i spent four years to finish two copybooks (eight copybooks in total), i felt it was such a bored thing to write the characters again and again, i just don't like it and always found excuses to not write on time. My father always told me character is one's weapon in future work and the character can even reflect one's character. I just can't figer out the real meaning at that time. But now, I understand my father's saying so much!

Constallation

Today I read an article talking about the Constallation,i don't trust the Constallation before,i think it's just superstition like fortune-telling,  but after read this article i begin to believe it.

According to the birth date (based on solar calendar), every body has his own Constallation, I was borned on May 17 in lunar calendar, so i am a cancer (i don't like its english name, the same as the disease). The cancer is described as conservative, sensitive and self-protective. The cancer own mother-like/father like passion, children-like innocence and pure, self-control. The cancer need otherone's trust and protection, as well as an environment suits his life and work. Their philosohpy is "make otherone and theirselves happy", they are pleased and contented with the limited happiness which were created by their own effort, but they are scared of the happiness been took away by others, thus they captured excessively what they own in both material and spiritual.

Their advantages are: passinate,upright,modest,cautious,cool-headed,emotional,honest,loyal,organized,  patient and persistent.

Their disadvantages are as many as advantage: passive, conservative,dependent,unbelieving,tented to bring intensive atmosphere, losing head in front of real dangerous.They are eigher appetitive or anorectic(loss of appetite). And more, stubborn and chauvinistic are also the main disadvantages of the cancer.

My character meet them so much, i would studay and reach the constallation further in future.

Transformers II----revenge of the fallen

This evening I watched the film <Transformers II- revenge of the fallen>, it surprised me so much that I regreted not watching it in the cinema! It's really a great movie, the picture and sound are great as Transformers I,the conception is much better than Transformer I, actually the Transformers I owned a great conception on the origin of the Transformers, before watched i expected the conception more than the scenes, I imagined how would the transformers turn up, but the actual origin in the film still impressed me very much. The only deficiency is the end of the film, it ended with two leaders' duel and our human's friend got the final victory, just like most film or even Children film, a happy end. Transformers II has a great beginning and end, the biggest lightspot is that some common persons appeared in this movie and have a good display.

I like Transformers series, because i like innovation in this bored life. I'm looking forward the new Transformers III.

discrimination in hospital

Due to the ache on Tina's shoulder severer and sererer, Tina and I went to The first hospital of Ninghai county to check the problem on her shoulder.

As usual, there're so many people in the hall, we firstly bought a medical report and registered in the spinal department. We went to the 2nd floor and found there were many person in the spinal office,in general, the patents should queue and wait for calling them out of the office, but I just saw many patents huddled together in the small office, we had no choice but went in the office, there're two doctors, one of them is expert, the other one is assistant, I saw some reports laid on the desk, and i put Tina's report on the desk too, I thought the doctor would take the report accorting to the sequence, but later i found some patents just take the X-ray film to the doctor directly and consult the doctor, and the doctor take his report and talked with him without saying a word! It's so unfare to other patents! At first, i thought the patent know the doctor, because they talked in local language, but more and more patent jumped the queue and cousulted the doctor, these guys were all locals, the others who were waiting for order were all imigrant, i was too angry to criticize one of the queue-jumpers, who took no notice of my words, i had to appeal to the doctor and the doctor can't help too.

At last, we got the chance to consult the doctor after waiting for one hour, the doctor just asked us to take a X-ray film firstly. Damn it! What doctor he was! We didn't get any advise from him,just a way anybody know it! We left the doctor without taking the film, we decided to go the Ningbo city to have a treatment next week, good luck to us.

Today I'd like to share something of my hometown, espically the coal industry.

I was born in a small village in Shanxi Provined(People always confused Shanxi山西 with Shanxi陕西), when i was very little(10 years old),there were very few factory in my hometown, or only one coal factory in a large scope. People at that time were almost all farmers working in field, and it's really very lively in my village after school, when all the people went back from field and chatted outside, children played around their parents and home. We were all poor, but happy. And at that time, the price of mine is so low that few people prefered to work in coal mine factory.

When i was around 12 years old, it was found that our hometown is rich in Sulphur mine resource, in very short time, so many Sulphur factory were built and start production, everybody know that durling the production of Sulphur, there would come out gas (Sulphur Dioxide),this gas is very pungent and poisonous. I remember in the morning of every day in thest 3-4 years, there was a circle of fog made of Sulphur Dioxide around my village. So terrible! Later I heard that a big guy from Beijing came to our hometown and ordered to destroyed all these Sulphur factory. From then on, there's never clear water in our small river, and now no even water in this small river because of coal mine!

The coal price increased from 2002,and boomed at 2007,everybody took a risk to dig the coal from everywhere, and so many hold left on every mountain, the coal is named black gold because of it's high price and easy getting. Although local goverment received order from Beijing to control these situation, because of it's low safety for the miners, there were always niners lost lives, and sometimes, hundres of niners were killed one time, i think because of the bad influence and press from overseas, the goverment adopt severe punishment to the offenders. Now we have to came back to field, but lose our beautifule environment forever.

If you were on death row, what would you eat for your last meal?

It's an interesting question, but if i was really on death row, it's such a sad question.

Firstly, I will not choose any meat: whatever chicken, mutton, beef, fish,pork or any meat i can remember, I think at that time,we can feel that life is so previous and short, including other animal life.

There's a Chinese saying goes " Good are the words of a dying man", when a man is close to death, he alway want to do something for the society, for his family, relatives, friends and even his enemies. Why? What ever he did while living, he would hope or beg for forgivement, it would be better if he can get sympanty, appreciation and approve. Death is the end of his life, everyone wants a nice end.

Regarding what i would eat for the last meal, i'll choose something grown from our field, p.s. I was born in a small village, in my childhood, our family never bought vegetable, we grow them in field , and harvest them when they are mature. To be honest, i don't like the vegetable grown from our field, they looked not good, but tasted nice, at that time, I admired those who can buy various vegetable, I think it's happiness, but now, I miss the vegetable from our field so much! I would let my mother do a natual meal for me, with the vegetable and rice grown from our field!
