Today, Tina and I were both shocked by somebody and something. I encountered a salesman who works in East dragon company near us, he told me he received a big order recently, the quantity is 160000 pairs! I've heard that some days ago but don't know who got this order, in my option, it's unbelievable that such a big order was placed to a salesman. It's impossible for us, only our director and our manager may receive these big orders. What's more, he told me he've received two big orders this former year, 140000 pairs and 20000pairs carbon poles, and he just finished the above order in Hongkong last week. It's really great achivement, although I knew is showing off to me, but it's fact, I must admit this truth. I talked a little more with him, and knew he started contact with the big buyer from 2007 Cantoon Fair and keeped in touch for about 2 years, he meant to tell me he put much effort to get this order, but what I heart is just good luck, isn't it? If he was in my company, he has no choince to attend Cantoon, or even he attend it, he has to pass otherone's contact instead of himself, that means, he can contact with the buyer by himself, then how can him receive order. The secondly, if he was in our company, he has no platform such as ALIBABA, he can't get any inquiry from potential buyers, so even he own outstanding ability and communication skills, he can do nothing but sending emails again and again, day by day, untill one day he's exhausted and give up to find other way.
I bought tina a massager today, hoping to help release her ache on shoulders.She complained her job and her boss all the time, she is too tired and do many things but got very low salary, even a do-all and workers in workshop earned more than her,the unfare treatment always made her upset. After hearing Qianjie's telling story that the assembly worker can earn 2800RMB per month, Tina felt more pessimistic for herself. I encouraged her again and again, but it's so difficult to convert her thought.
